Gleaming sunshine with a tight grip!

After 44 days of soaking (Start: July 31 2018, End: September 5 2018) the EVOO took on a grand Sun-orange color.  The taste was earthy, moreso than EVOO by itself.

*Note: The EVOO seemed to drain rather slowly with the first try.  A movie below has been sped up to show the draining however the EVOO comes to a drip after about 22 seconds (real-time).  Happenstance led the container to be moved into direct Sunlight and the EVOO seemed to melt away from the petals.  I found very little EVOO came from the manual straining of the filter bag.
